I am enjoying my new freedom and ability to truly express myself. My newest gig is to really pursue 18th century living history which has always been an interest. It didn't help that the ex laughed at my silly clothes instead of encouraging me - but I won't elaborate further.
Anyway ... I am in the midst of finishing up a silk caraco for a big event at the Museum of which I am Director on Saturday. We're welcoming George Washington and reenacting his arrival here on his way to the evacuation and formal hand-over of Manhattan by the British.
I am down to the fine details and want to know how many bows I should include.
Weigh in with constructive criticism please. I'll post an "after" photo on Sunday once I've recovered from the jollification!
Cheers, Laura
